1. Who we are

This website, triggermedia.io, is operated by TRIGGER MEDIA PROJECT SRL (registration number 38360430), a company registered in Romania, European Union (“Trigger Media”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@triggermedia.io.

2. What data we collect

• Contact data you send us. If you email us or message us on Telegram, we receive your name, email address or Telegram handle, and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the relationship.
• Analytics data. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, referring site, and interactions such as clicks on our contact buttons. Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no identifiers are stored.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a short period and are not combined with other data.

3. Cookies

We only set cookies after you click “Accept” in the consent banner. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key tm_consent, which is not a cookie and is not sent to any server.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, after which the banner will appear again. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

4. Legal basis

• Analytics cookies: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules).
• Replying to your enquiries and managing a business relationship: our legitimate interest in running our business (Art. 6(1)(f)) or, where applicable, performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. Who we share data with

Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data on our behalf under Google's data processing terms. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Telegram messages are handled by Telegram under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. How long we keep data

• Google Analytics user-level data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
• Enquiry emails and messages: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then deleted.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.

8. Age

Our services are offered to businesses only. This website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
