iGaming email marketing

iGaming email marketing
that ends in a deposit.

Email is still the highest-volume acquisition channel in iGaming, and the one most operators get wrong: generic agencies can't get gambling offers past the filters, and most lists aren't clean enough to send to twice.

Trigger Media runs acquisition email to opted-in audiences across 25+ GEOs on our own infrastructure, with creative tested every week and first-time deposits as the only metric we report on.

How it works

Plan, send, deposit, repeat

  1. Offer and GEO plan. We take your offer, your target markets and your CPA ceiling and come back within 48 hours with projected volume per GEO. Some offers travel well, some need a local bonus structure. We tell you which.
  2. Creative. Native HTML templates per market, built to inbox and to convert on mobile. Subject lines, hero offers and calls to action are tested across hundreds of variants weekly; the winners get the volume.
  3. Tracking. Your postback is tested end to end before the first send. Every email carries campaign, GEO and creative parameters so we can attribute each deposit back to what produced it.
  4. Send windows per GEO. Timing is set per market and per vertical: evening sends for casino, pre-match windows for sportsbook, weekend surges where the data says so.
  5. Daily optimisation and reporting. Segments that deposit get more volume, segments that don't get cut. You see FTDs and CPA per GEO every day, from your own numbers.
Deliverability

Why gambling email needs its own infrastructure

Mailbox providers treat gambling offers as high-risk content. A shared sending platform will throttle or block them, and most mainstream email service providers refuse the vertical outright. That is the reason general-purpose email agencies can't run casino and sportsbook acquisition, and the reason we built our own stack.

  • Dedicated IP pools per vertical, warmed and reputation-managed separately for casino and for sportsbook.
  • Native-domain sending with authentication in place, so the sending domain carries its own reputation rather than borrowing one.
  • Real-time deliverability monitoring per provider and per GEO. A reputation dip in one market pauses that market, not the campaign.
  • Templates built to pass: clean HTML, balanced text-to-image, no tricks that work for a week and poison the domain for a year.
Campaign types

Acquisition, reactivation, VIP

First-deposit acquisition

The core service. New players, your welcome offer, your target GEOs. Billed per first-time depositor or on revshare.

Reactivation of your own database

Players inactive for 90, 180 or 365 days, segmented by last deposit and game preference, with a redeposit offer. You supply the list, we supply the creative, the sending and the sequencing. Usually the cheapest deposits an operator can buy.

VIP and high-roller flows

Smaller sends, bigger offers, personal tone, to segments that have shown high deposit values elsewhere. Fewer FTDs, much higher average first deposit.

Event and tournament pushes

For sportsbook partners: campaigns built around Champions League rounds, NFL weekends, major tennis and cricket tournaments, usually paired with SMS for the final hours before the event.

Compliance

Opt-in only, audit trails where required

We send to audiences that have opted in to receive gambling offers. Every send carries a working unsubscribe, the sender's identity and, where the GEO requires it, responsible-gambling messaging and age statements. In markets with explicit consent rules we keep consent logs and can provide them per campaign.

Compliance stance differs by GEO and by whether the operator is locally licensed. We'll tell you on the first call which of your target markets we can run and under what conditions, rather than finding out after a complaint.

Pricing

You pay for depositors

CPA per qualified first-time depositor, revshare on net gaming revenue, or hybrid. No sending fees, no creative fees, no minimum commitment beyond the trial. New partners usually start on a two-to-four-week CPA trial in two or three GEOs so both sides can see player quality before scaling.

Opted-in audiences in each GEO who have agreed to receive gambling and betting offers. We don't scrape, rent grey lists or send to purchased data. Where a market requires consent logs we can provide an audit trail per campaign.

Primarily acquisition: new players who have never deposited with you. We can also run reactivation to your own dormant database if you supply the list, which usually has the lowest CPA of anything we do. Both run on the same infrastructure.

Our own sending infrastructure: warmed IP pools dedicated to the vertical, domain reputation managed per GEO, native HTML templates built to pass filters, and send-time windows set per market. Deliverability for gambling is its own discipline, and it's why most general email agencies can't run this category.

Three to five business days after contracts are signed and your postback is wired. The first sends are small and GEO-limited while we confirm tracking end to end, then volume ramps.

It depends on the GEO, the offer and your CPA ceiling. Email is the channel that scales furthest of the three we run. We give you projected FTD volume per GEO in the traffic plan before you commit, and we'd rather under-promise there than miss.

CPA per first-time depositor, revshare, or hybrid. No sending fees, no setup fees, no retainer. If the campaign doesn't deposit, you don't pay.
